Covering practical focal lengths for portraits, travel, events, weddings, documentary work and action, the 60-180mm range delivers strong subject separation and natural telephoto compression. The bright F2.8 aperture remains constant throughout the zoom range, giving consistent exposure, smooth background blur and reliable performance in low-light situations.
Despite its compact size, the lens also offers impressive close-up capability. A minimum focusing distance of 0.35m and up to 0.26x magnification make it suitable for detailed shots of food, products, flowers and textures. A Floating Focus System helps maintain sharp image quality from close focus to infinity, while the Linear STM motor provides fast, quiet and accurate autofocus for both stills and video.
Designed for real-world shooting, the AF 60-180mm F2.8 FE features weather sealing, an AF/MF switch, zoom lock and USB port for easy firmware updates. Together with the AF 14-24mm F2.8 FE and AF 24-60mm F2.8 FE, it completes LK Samyang’s Compact Zoom Series, covering 14mm to 180mm with just three lightweight F2.8 lenses.
