WANDRD Magnetic Camera Strap in WANDRD Red offers a comfortable way to carry a full-size camera while keeping it ready for the next shot. The 30 mm soft-touch Liquid Nylon webbing spreads the load across the body, and the magnetic CoreLock release makes it quick to detach the camera. The red colour adds a distinctive accent to a versatile strap for longer shoots.
How the magnetic connection works
The magnet in CoreLock guides the Torus Link into place, but does not carry the camera. A spring-loaded mechanical lock secures the connection; squeezing the two release points makes detachment possible with one hand, including when wearing gloves. Fibreglass-reinforced PA66 nylon hardware helps reduce the risk of scratches associated with metal fittings. WANDRD rates each individual Torus Link for loads up to 90 kg. This is a rating for the connector, not a recommended carrying limit for the complete strap.
Comfortable and adaptable carry
The soft tubular 30 mm Liquid Nylon webbing has rolled edges for comfort during longer shoots. Wear the strap around the neck, over one shoulder, as a sling or crossbody. Two SmoothGlide adjusters set the length from 79 to 133 cm. Built-in Torus loops and the Torus Mount provide an on-body storage option when the camera is detached, while four supplied Torus Links let more than one camera remain ready to connect. The links have a three-colour wear indicator: black means usable, yellow means replace the link, and red means stop using it. The strap weighs approximately 99 g. The Torus Mount is not an Arca-Swiss tripod plate.
