The new TSN-88 features an 88mmm pure fluorite crystal convex objective lens which is the heart of all Kowa Prominar optics. 

Combined with a concave lens this unique lens structure produces an astonishing color brilliance, eliminates chromatic aberration and shows details that where not previously visible to the viewer. Where you previously saw a black field on the bird, you can now see a whole new color spectrum with even more details.
