Auto Gain Control automatically adjusts volume levels based on voice intensity, helping prevent clipping and reducing the need for manual gain adjustments. Three voice tone presets let creators choose between a clear standard sound, a richer tone with more depth, or a brighter sound with crisp clarity.
The transmitter can connect directly to compatible Insta360 cameras, including X5, X4 Air, Ace Pro 2 and GO Ultra, for high-quality 48 kHz audio without using a receiver. Insta360 Mic Pro also supports cameras, smartphones and Insta360 cameras through flexible connection options, making it suitable for everything from quick solo shoots to more advanced productions.
For professional workflows, Insta360 Mic Pro supports 4 TX + 1 RX setups for multi-person recording and 2 TX + 4 RX setups for multi-camera audio. Timecode sync support helps keep audio and video devices synchronized, making post-production easier when working with multiple cameras.
